参加工作34年，主任护师，硕士生导师，教授。现任树兰医疗集团护理中心主任，（杭州）医院副院长和护理部及运营管理中心主任；兼树人大学.树兰国际护理学院院长和医学院副院长、中国非公立医疗机构协会护理分会会长、中国护理质量联盟副主席。2014年获“全国优秀科技工作者”，是首届“浙大好医护”和首届“全国优秀护理部主任”获得者，担任多本杂志副主编或编委。曾任浙大一院护理部主任和浙江省护理中心常务副主任、护理学会副理事长，作为项目负责人获《国家临床护理重点专科》，获得各类研究课题18项，核心杂志发表论文70多篇，以主编和副主编发行各类业务和教学书籍10本，主持开发“纳欣护理电子病历”获著作权、医院质量指标监测系统、不良事件上报系统等软件，多次参与各级卫生主管部门对全国和省内医院的护理质量巡查和医院等级评审工作。先后短期到美国斯坦福医学中心、哈佛医学院、英国西英格兰大学、香港大学、台湾长庚医院、香港尤德夫人那打素医院等国家和地区进修学习，参与两家大型医院的JCI评审，临床护理和医院管理经验丰富，对全国各级各类医疗机构培训400场以上，培训质量广受好评。

Worked for 34 years，chief nurse, master tutor, professor. Current the director of Shulan Health Nursing Group Center, vice president of Shulan (Hangzhou) Hospital, and director of Nursing Dept. And Operation Management Center(OMC); Also serves as president of Shulan International Nursing College and vice president of Shulan International Medical College in Shuren University, chairman of Chinese Non-Government Medical Institutions Association Nursing Branch, Vice president of National League For Nursing Quality Improvement. Awarded the “National Excellent Scientific and Technical Worker” in 2014, winner of Zhejiang University's first session of "Good Caretaker in Zhejiang University" and winner of the first session of "Director of National Excellent Nursing Department", Associate editor or editor of several magazines. Used to served as the director of Nursing Dept. of The First Affiliated Hospital Collage of Medicine Zhejiang University, the executive deputy director of the Zhejiang Nursing Center, and the vice chairman of the Zhejiang Nursing Society; Awarded the "National Key Specialty in Clinical Nursing” as the project leader, and has obtained 18 various research topics, published more than 70 papers in core journals, distributed 10 profession and teaching books as chief editor and deputy editor, developed the "Nasin Nursing Electronic Medical Records", which has been copyrighted, also developed software such as "hospital quality indicator monitoring system" and "adverse event reporting system", participated in the health quality inspections and hospital level evaluations of the national and provincial hospitals for many times by health authorities at all levels. Short-term studies in Stanford Medical Center, Harvard Medical School, University of the West of England, University of Hong Kong, Taiwan Chang Gung Hospital, Hong Kong Lady Nethersole Hospital and other countries and regions; Participated in the JCI review of two large hospitals, has rich clinical nursing and hospital management experience, trained more than 400 courses for various medical institutions at all levels across the country, and the quality of training has been well received.
