担任中华预防医学会医院感染控制分会委员，中国医院协会医院感染管理专业委员会委员，浙江省医学会感染病学分会常委，浙江省预防医学会医院感染控制专业委员会副主任委员，浙江省医师协会医院感染管理专业委员会副主任委员。富有发热待查、耐药菌感染、慢性肝病、肝衰竭以及新突发传染病诊治的经验。主持多项国家科技部重大专项及其子课题，主持多项国家和省级自然科学基金项目。2015年作为首批地方医疗人员参加援非抗击埃博拉医疗队，2020年随李兰娟院士医疗队援鄂抗击新冠肺炎。治疗团队在2015年以来成功救治H7N9流感，将病死率从40%降到5%，参与国家卫计委《人感染H7N9禽流感诊疗方案》（2017年第1版）制定，为“2017年国家科技进步特等奖”《以防控人感染H7N9禽流感为代表的新发传染病防治体系重大创新和技术突破》项目的获奖人之一，曾获“最美浙江人”称号。原浙江大学医学院附属第一医院感染管理部主任。近年主持国家科技部及国家自然科学基金课题5项，发表SCI收录代表性论著超过20篇。

Committee Member of Hospital infection control branch of Chinese Preventive Medicine Association, Committee Member of Hospital Infection Management Committee of Chinese Hospital Association, Standing Committee Member of Infectious Diseases Branch of Zhejiang Medical Association, Vice Chairman of Hospital Infection Control Branch of Zhejiang Preventive Medicine Association, Vice Chairman of Hospital Infection Management Committee of Chinese Hospital Association. Experienced in the diagnosis and treatment of fever with unknown origin, infection of multiple drug resistant organism, chronic liver diseases, hepatic failure and kinds of new emerging infectious diseases. Take charge of several national major special projects of the Ministry of science and technology and several national & provincial natural science foundations . Have aided Africa as the member of Fight Ebola medical team in 2015, aided Wuhan as the member of Li Lanjuan Academician medical team in 2020. As the therapeutic team leader, reduced the mortality of H7N9 from 40% to 5%, therefore won the 2017 National Science and Technology Progress Award. Issued more than 20 pieces of SCI articles.
